FRESH SALMON AND VEGETABLE CHEESY BREAD PIZZA

~FRESH SALMON AND VEGETABLE CHEESY BREAD PIZZA!~


Ingredients:
5 slices of Bread
3 Eggs
150 gram Salmon
4 Tomatoes
Half of 1 Capsicum 
Half of 1 Broccoli
1 chunk of Shredded Cheese
3 spoons of Fresh Milk

Instructions:
1. Get a round iron plate with the size of roughly 18 cm x 18 cm.
2. Spread a thin layer of oil on the iron plate.
3. Cut off the brownies side of the bread.
4. Take 2 slices of the bread and cut vertically in to 3 pieces. These will be use as the side of the pizza.
5. Put 1 complete slice of bread in the middle of the iron plate. Try to cut the rest of other 2 pieces of bread to fit into the iron plate. (Make sure there are no gaps in between. 
6. Put the 6 vertical pieces of bread as the side of the bread.
7. Once it is ready, put the iron plate into the oven, adjust the temperature to 150 degree and cook the bread for 10 to 15 minutes until it turns into golden color.
8. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and let it cook in a hot water for about 2 minutes.
9. Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces. (You can add mushroom if you are a mushroom lover <3)
10. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces as well.
11. Put the broccoli, tomatoes, salmon or other ingredient (if you have any) on the baked bread. Spread it evenly.
12. Crack the 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 3 spoons of Fresh Milk and some shredded cheese into it.  (you may add other ingredients that you love too!). Scramble the egg until it become a paste.
13. Pour the paste on the baked bread and spread it evenly. 
14. Put some shredded cheese on it. (I know cheese lover tends accidentally put more shredded cheese :) but don't put too much as the fish might not cook in the end unless you love shasimi :) ) Measurement: not higher than the side. :) )
15.  Put it into the oven, adjust the temperature to 180 degree and cook it for 20 minutes. 
16. After that, adjust the temperature to 200 degree and cook it for another 10 minutes until the paste become more solid.
17. And.................................. ladies and gentleman! Your lovely Fresh Salmon and Vegetable Cheesy Bread Pizza are ready to serve!!

BAKED SHREDDED CHEESE BREAD

~ BAKED SHREDDED CHEESE BREAD ~


Ingredients:
1 slice of Bread
1 small chunk of shredded Cheese
1 Egg

Instructions:
1. Use a spoon to press the middle part of the bread until you get a square notch. (Becareful to not push too hard till you get a hole in the end.
2.  Crack the egg and put in the middle of notch. You can choose to scramble the egg before pour on top of the bread or just leave it there if you love egg yolks. Yummy!
3. Put some shredded cheese on top on the egg. 
4. Put into oven for about 8 to 10 mins. You gotta adjust the temperature based on your own sense as different oven has different setting (sorry about that :) )
5. Well, its ready to serve! Cheesy Egg Party starts!  

CHEESY EGGY BREAD

Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
1 Egg
1 slice of Cheese
1 bowl of Mozarella Cheese
2 spoon of Chili/Tomato Sauce

Instructions:
1. Cut off the brownies side of the bread.
2. Put a slice of cheese on the bread surface. 
3. Put a small portion of Mozarella Cheese on top. 
4. Add some chili/tomato sauce on top. 
5. Cook the egg.
6. Put the egg on top of the bread with cheese and sauce.
7. Put a small portion of Mozarella Cheese on top as well.
8. Put another piece of bread on top as well.
9. Cook the it until the bread turn to brownies color and it's ready to serve!! Yummy!!

SUPERB EASY EXPLODING CHEESE BREAD


~SUPERB EASY EXPLODING CHEESE BREAD~



Ingredients:
1 Piece of Bread
1 Slice of Cheese
1 Small amount of Butter
1 Small amount of Mayonnaise

Instructions:
1. Spread the the butter over two sides of the bread
2. Heat the crying pan.
3. Put 1 tea spoon butter on the heated frying pan.
4. Put the bread on the heated frying pan.
5. When the bread turns to golden color, put 1 slice of cheese and small amount of mayonnaise on it. 
6. Fold the bread into half.
7. Cook for less than 10 seconds and serve it on a plate. 


Its done!! Yummmmmyyyy! I am hungry already. Time to make some for supper! Enjoy and more to come! :-)
